Benjamin | Saumos<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bonjour, Je suis Benjamin, passionn\u00e9 par la culture des l\u00e9gumes je suis dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 d’un Brevet Professionnel Responsable de Production Horticole sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 Mara\u00eechage. Pour la deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e cons\u00e9cutive je cultive un potager d’une centaine de m2 sur la commune de Saumos, entre le Porge et Lacanau. Je ne travaille qu’avec des outils manuels et n’utilise absolument aucun produit chimique. Ma terre est essentiellement enrichie avec du fumier et du compost. J’ai r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des p\u00e9riodes ou la production est excessive et d\u00e9passe mes besoins journaliers. La loi me le permettant je propose donc mes l\u00e9gumes \u00e0 la vente quand la production est abondante, notamment en p\u00e9riode estivale. Je ne fonctionne qu’en circuit court, du producteur au particulier. Mes prix se veulent accessibles et visent \u00e0 rembourser mon investissement plus qu’\u00e0 arrondir les fins de mois.
